All Owners Required:
To receive the $5,000 discount toward your new pool build, all property owners must execute the pool contract.
Minimum Purchase Requirement:
Total pool cost prior to the discount must be $120,000.00 or greater.
Offer Expiration:
Discount only applies to gunite pools with a contract execution date prior to 11:59pm on January 31, 2026. Execution date is the date the last property owner signs the contract and initial deposit, as outlined below, is received in office by Riverstone Pools, LLC.
Available Cities:
Physical address where the pool is to be built must be located in one of the following cities in the State of Texas: Tyler, Flint, Whitehouse, Bullard, Lindale, Troup, Chandler, Frankston, or Jacksonville.
Deposit Required:
A pool build deposit equal to $5,000 or the deposit amount stated on the contract, whichever is less, is required at contract signing. Deposit is forfeited to Riverstone Pools if balance of deposit shown on contract is not paid by 11:59 PM March 31, 2026.
Commencement of Construction Requirement:
Construction on the contracted pool must begin prior to June 15, 2026 or contract is void and all amounts paid to Riverstone Pools, LLC are forfeited.
Construction Delays:
Construction delays related to supply chain disruptions, transportation disruptions, and acts of God are beyond the control of Riverstone Pools, LLC. Riverstone Pools, LLC will not be liable for delays outside of Riverstone Pools, LLC's control.
At Riverstone Pools discretion, contracts may be cancelled without warning; however, if Riverstone Pools cancels the contract for reasons other than default of the buyer, Riverstone Pools must refund all monies received from buyer. Default of Buyer: Buyer defaults is detailed on the contract.
Additionally, the terms of this discount are also applicable to the contract and these terms and conditions will be attached to the contract as an addendum to such contract.
